EPA has established an asbestos-in-schools assistance program
Through its headquarters office in Washington, D.C., and 10 regional offices, EPA has established an asbestos-in-schools assistance program. The agency also provides direct technical assistance to help thousands of school officials and workers understand asbestos issues.
In its ongoing effort to educate the public, EPA is updating older asbestos publications and plans to release new materials as they become available.
