Environmental Threat in Cooperstown: Benzene Leak
June 9, 2007
Underground storage tanks in the Cooperstown area, specifically near 29 Chestnut Street, have failed, leading to the leak of several chemicals, often referred to as BTEX.
BTEX is short for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene, all known to cause environmental troubles. Benzene, for example, is known to cause cancer.
Have you been harmed by benzene? It is essential that you inquire about your Benzene case as soon as possible. Your individual state's law may limit your time to bring a legal claim to protect your rights. Your legal review is free and there is no commitment. You case will be evaluated immediately.
