Brent Zadorozny: Senior Attorney, asbestos-cancer litigation
“There is both an art and science to persuasively arguing an asbestos injury case before a jury. I find them to be at once the most demanding – and rewarding – aspects of trial, which is a big reason why I so enjoy serving as a courtroom litigator.” – Brent Zadorozny

Brent Zadorozny entered the practice of law in 1987 in Washington State. He was admitted to practice law in California in 2000. Weitz & Luxenberg welcomed Mr. Zadorozny into the firm in 2011. Prior to that, he served with the Law offices of Simona Farrise and before that with the firm of Waters & Kraus. During his early years at law, Mr. Zadorozny was in solo private practice, focused mainly on personal injury cases. His largest courtroom win to date yielded an $8.7-million verdict in a Los Angeles Superior Court asbestos injury case. Successful arbitration of various matters in jurisdictions outside the U.S. – chiefly in Sweden and the Bahamas – also can be credited to Mr. Zadorozny.
