U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics "The ABCs of Asbestos in Schools" Revised August 2003

Under the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), a school must keep records of all asbestos-related activities in the plan and make them available for public review.
