What is an Independent Medical Examination physical?

An independent medical examination (IME) physical is a very common part of the legal discovery process.

If you are scheduled for an IME, an independent physician will review your medical history and prior test and x-ray results, and perform a comprehensive physical examination.

In many cases, an independent medical examination is performed at the request of both the plainiff and the defendant.

If you feel you have a potential legal claim, find out for sure by filling out the simple form below.
