The South Minneapolis Residential Soil Contamination site, also known as the Phillips Neighborhood, in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota, is located in close proximity to a former industrial source area known as the CMC Heartland Lite Yard.

Based on sampling events conducted by the State of Minnesota (MN) and the EPA from 2001 to 2006, over 60 properties were identified that contain arsenic in their soil which posed a real threat to human health.

If you think your health may have been affected, or that your property may have been damaged as a result of arsenic poisoning, it is important to have dedicated arsenic lawyers on your side.

If you feel you deserve compensation, our short form below will start the process. The law firm of Weitz and Luxenberg has experience defending victims of environmental pollutants and is dedicated to helping.
