Weitz & Luxenberg is now accepting cases from laboratory workers who have sustained neurological injuries in West Virginia coal preparation "float-sink" labs after exposure to an industrial chemical known as PCE.

PCE float-sink exposure
PCE exposure can also lead to cancer. Three national health agencies recognize PCE as a probable carcinogen; they are: the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, the National Toxicology Program, and the International Agency for Research on Cancer.
If you have developed any health problems stemming from PCE exposure while working in a WV float-sink lab, you are urged to contact the law firm of Weitz & Luxenberg. At no cost to you, we will determine your eligibility to receive financial compensation for medical bills, lost wages and damages.
