SEROQUEL LAWSUIT QUESTIONNAIRE
For those experiencing side effects

Antipsychotic drugs like Seroquel (quetiapine fumarate) have been found to cause very harmful side effects, such as diabetes.  In certain cases, these side effects have resulted in death. A Seroquel lawsuit questionnaire is below.

Now you can get complimentary information on the risks to taking Seroquel, as well as answers to your questions about a Seroquel lawsuit. Request a FREE information booklet today (supplies are limited).

Seroquel is marketed by AstraZeneca as a treatment for schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety and sleep disorders. Seroquel, a drug approved to treat schizophrenia and other disorders, is a second-generation antipsychotic drug. This group of drugs has been linked to a number of side effects not found in typical or first-generation antipsychotics.

Weitz & Luxenberg is investigating cases involving young children or adolescents who took the drug Seroquel and then developed diabetes. AstraZeneca may be responsible for their damages.

Thousands of children are being prescribed this powerful brain-affecting medication, despite the fact that they do not have psychosis or one of the other indicated major mental illnesses.

It does not appear that they are being adequately warned of the potential risks of life-long diabetes.

The firm believes AstraZeneca has been illegally promoting Seroquel for use in children and that AstraZeneca still fails to properly warn of the diabetes risk.

Weitz & Luxenberg intends to pursue AstraZeneca on behalf of any child who has been caused diabetes by what the firm believes is AstraZeneca's reckless disregard for the health and safety of these children.

If you have taken Seroquel to treat schizophrenia, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or sleep disorders and you have since developed diabetes, the Seroquel lawyers at Weitz & Luxenberg may be able to file a Seroquel lawsuit on your behalf and give you the legal protection you need.

Weitz & Luxenberg’s experienced team of dangerous drug attorneys know how to combat profit-driven pharmaceuticals and will fight to get you compensation for your pain, suffering, and medical expenses.

If Seroquel’s side effects have caused you to suffer from diabetes, contact us today to discuss your possible Seroquel lawsuit.
