skeletal hyperostosis, calcification of tendons and ligaments, decreases in bone mineral density, premature epiphyseal closure, arthritis, tendonitis, rhabdomyolysis

Accutane Neurological Side Effects:
pseudotumor cerebri, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, insomnia, lethargy, malaise, nervousness, paresthesias, seizures, stroke, syncope, weakness.

Respiratory Accutane Side Effects:
bronchospasms, respiratory infection, voice alteration

Skin Accutane Side Effects:
acne fulminans, alopecia, bruising, cheilitis, dry mouth, drynose, dry skin, epistaxis, eruptive xanthomas, flushing, fragility of skin, hair abnormalities, hyperpigmentation, hypopigmentation, hirsutism, infections, paronychia, peeling of palms and soles, nail dystrophy, photoallergic/photosensitizing reactions, pruritus, pyogenic granuloma, rash, sunburn susceptibility increased, sweating, vasculitis, urticaria, abnormal wound healing.

Urogenital and reproductive Accutane Side Effects:
abnormal menses
