Officials delay results of Acreage cancer cluster report

Acreage families await results of cancer report; attend meeting with our firm.
Government health officials have postponed releasing the results of a report on a possible cancer cluster in The Acreage.
It was originally scheduled for Thursday but has been cancelled so that investigators can further review their findings, According to the Palm Beach Post.
A press conference scheduled to discuss those findings had also been cancelled.
The Post said that the final report was still being reviewed by federal health officials of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, state environmental professionals and epidemiologists, as well as county health personnel.
It is hoped that the county would be able to report back to Acreage residents by the end of August, which would be Monday.
That deadline, however, is still up in the air.
