Asbestos Management Violations at Schools in Baltimore and Aberdeen, Maryland
In March 2009, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced they had settled asbestos management violations with a nursery school in Baltimore, Maryland and a school for blind students in Aberdeen.
When the Maryland Department of the Environment (DEP) inspected both schools in 2007, several violations were found.
