Kimberly Kluntz, a mesothelioma patient, has filed suit alleging that certain defendants who were in the asbestos industry failed to advise employees about hygiene practices concerning the handling of asbestos.
Kluntz was employed from 1989 through 2006 as a customer service supervisor at various locations in Illinois and Connecticut. She claims she was exposed to asbestos during non-occupational work projects including home and automotive repairs, maintenance and remodeling.
