Yahoo News has reported on a study done by Duke University indicating that individualized exercise programs can improve the health of those who have had surgery for asbestos-related cancer.

Researchers noted that a relatively high number of asbestos patients participated in the exercise program because they were motivated and because the exercise program was individualized. Specifically, the overall attendance rate was 82%.
