New Hampshire Man Charged with Illegal Asbestos Removal
In January 2009, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced they had indicted a Winchester, New Hampshire man on six counts of violating the NH asbestos control and management laws. The man is charged with illegally conducting asbestos abatement and removal at a Keene, NH building.
The charges resulted after a joint investigation involving the NH Attorney General’s office, the EPA, the police in Keene, NH and the NH Department of Environmental Services.
