Exposure to asbestos in an office leads to office worker's mesothelioma diagnosis. Complete the form below if you were harmed by asbestos.
An office worker died after allegedly breathing in asbestos dust, reported the Worcester News on July 17, 2008.
According to the article, she worked for her employer in the United Kingdom for
more than 30 years.
A coroner confirmed the 57-year-old died from a
metastatic malignant
mesothelioma. A co-worker remembered that she had expressed concern over
asbestos exposure during her time as a junior clerk and later a senior
administrative officer at the job.
This same colleague recalled a time
when building work was carried out resulting in dust, thought to be brown asbestos, circulating in the office.
The
dangers of exposure to asbestos are all too familiar to the mesothelioma attorneys in the Weitz
