Queensland, VA, man sues company for failing to post asbestos warnings
A Queensland man who was exposed to asbestos at work has filed an asbestos lawsuit against James Hardie & Co. for failure to provide warnings concerning the dangers of asbestos.
The plaintiff claimed the company breached its public duty by failing to "provide adequate warnings as to any risks or injury or illness" associated with its products.
