If you "slip" and smoke, don't give up. Set a new date to get back on track.
You can also call a friend or reach out to a "quit smoking" support group. There you will meet people just like yourself who can advise you and give you the friendly and experienced support you will need during your healthy mission to kick the smoking habit.
Eat healthy food, get plenty of rest and exercise. Exercise will reduce stress and make for a more natural sleep, without polluting your lungs with smoke.
