CATEGORY II
Category II non-friable ACM is any material, excluding Category I non-friable ACM, containing more than one percent (1%) asbestos, as determined in accordance with the EPA rules that dictate, when dry, material cannot be crumbled, pulverized, or reduced to powder by hand pressure.
