EPA's Project XL
EPA's Project XL is a national initiative that encourages testing of alternative ways to achieve environmental results, as long as those results are superior to those achieved under current regulations. Projects proposed under Project XL are intended to test new approaches that could be applied more broadly. Using Project XL, the City of Fort Worth, Texas, has proposed an alternative method for demolishing selected structures that possess RACM.
