The FELA Plaintiffs’ Bar
Certain members of the FELA plaintiffs’ bar actually advised railroads during the pendency of this legislation that if asbestos litigation is precluded through legislation, they simply will re-file their inventory of asbestos cases as claims alleging injury caused by exposure to silica, or some other substance.
