Making Final Determinations Based on the Preliminary Findings of Asbestos Review

In making final determinations based on the preliminary findings, the Asbestos Certification Program will consider any evidence or information provided by the certificate holder (in a conference or through other means).

With the concurrence of the Senior Program Manager, The Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act P&TS, the industrial hygienist responsible for overseeing the Asbestos Certification Program will take one of the following actions, providing the certificate holder with written notice of the action taken:
