County Supervisor said Board took action against asbestos in 2006

Wilensky, a county supervisor for three years, said the board took prompt action in late 2006 once Moreno presented documents showing Waller's responsibility for costing taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars and putting people at risk through improper practices such as illegal asbestos violations.
