Exposure Scare: Vandals May Have Disturbed Asbestos Roofing Material

Vandals night threw shingles off the roof of a school, possibly exposing themselves to asbestos-containg roofing materials in the process, reported the Tulsa World on June 18, 2008.

Hundreds of the roofing pieces were thrown into the parking lot.

District officials encourage those responsible to turn themselves in to school police.
