Ban Asbestos in America Act: Subtitles A-C

b) CONFORMING AMENDMENT – The table of contents in sections 1 of the Toxic Substances Conntrol Act is amended—

(1) by inserting before the item relating to section 201 the following:

"Subtitle A -- General Provisions"; and

(2) by adding at the end of the items relating to title II the following: "Subtitle B -- Asbestos-Containing Products"

Sec. 223. Public education program.

"Subtitle C--Prohibition on Asbestos-Containing Materials"
