Asbestos-containing concrete
At certain demolition sites, demolition contractors may rent and operate large concrete-pulverizing machines called PC-400s. Since the asbestos content of concrete is rarely known, use of such machines is a matter of concern to EPA.
Under no circumstances should asbestos-containing concrete, or concrete to which asbestos-containing resilient flooring is attached, be subjected to such treatment.
