Houston-area couple sues companies for man's asbestos exposure. Free lawsuit information below.
A couple living in Houston has filed a lawsuit against several chemical and polymer companies, alleging that years of asbestos exposure led to the man's malignant pulmonary cancer, reported the Southeast Texas Record on April 21, 2008.
The case alleges that the companies in question committed negligence,
misrepresentation and conspiracy in subjecting the man to asbestos while he did plumbing and pipefitting
work in Texas for 25 years.
The man, now 70, reportedly breathed in asbestos dust from adjacent workers at
hundreds of jobs. He was diagnosed with mesothelioma in 2007 after complaining
to physicians of increasing shortness of breath.
Sadly, this situation
is all too familiar to the attorneys in the Weitz & Luxenberg P.C. Asbestos
Litigation unit.
We are a leading plaintiffs' law firm that has
represented people affected by mesothelioma
for over 20 years. Men and women diagnosed with mesothelioma or lung cancer caused by asbestos exposure or secondary
