Wood County Woman Files Asbestos Lawsuit on Behalf of Her Father
A Wood County woman whose father died of mesothelioma, recently filed an
asbestos lawsuit on his behalf.
According to The West Virginia
Record, Iona J. Cole filed the suit on September 28, 2007 in Kanawha Circuit
Court. Her father, William G. Cole, who died in July, worked as a furnace
operator and laborer, according to The Record.
She is seeking
compensatory and punitive damages.
