SEC. 407. RULES OF CONSTRUCTION.

(a) Libby, Montana Claimants- Nothing in this Act shall preclude the formation of a fund for the payment of eligible medical expenses related to treating asbestos-related disease for current and former residents of Libby, Montana.

(b) Health Care From Provider of Choice- Nothing in this Act shall be construed to preclude any eligible claimant from receiving health care from the provider of their choice.'
