III. RECORD KEEPING REQUIREMENTS

New requirements for record keeping are set for waste generators and waste disposal site operators.

Generators must keep copies of all WSR's for at least 2 years.

In addition to keeping WSR's for at least 2 years, active waste disposal sites must also keep records of the asbestos-containing waste material located within the site.
