Queensland Man Sues Insurer in Asbestos Exposure Case

A Queensland man who was exposed to asbestos at work has filed an asbestos lawsuit against James Hardie & Co. for failure to provide warnings. He also sued the employer’s insurer

Mr Copp lodged a claim to sue Workcover Queensland (then known as the Workers' Compensation Board of Queensland), which was the insurer of Mr Copp's former employer, the now defunct Merritt & Booth Pty Ltd.
