Texaco Sued for Failure to Warn of Asbestos Dangers

A widow filed a lawsuit against Texaco and Chevron USA for exposing her husband to asbestos. The suit alleges that the oil companies failed to timely and adequately warn workers of the dangers of asbestos, and take the necessary engineering, safety, industrial hygiene and medical precautions.

As a result, the woman’s husband developed an asbestos-related disease and died a painful death
