Toy maker sued for asbestos in toy

The group, the Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization, said laboratory tests showed that the toy, a crime-scene kit based on the series “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation,” contained asbestos in a powder used to dust for fingerprints.
