Planet Toys issues “stop sale” on toy kit over asbestos fear

An asbestos advocacy group has sued CBS Corporation because its toy kit allegedly contains asbestos. The manufacturer is Planet Toys.

On its Web site, Planet Toys announced that it had issued a “stop sale” on all “CSI” fingerprint kits “until further information can be ascertained as to the discrepancy between our respective test findings.” The company could not be reached Friday for further comment.
