CBS sued for tremolite asbestos in toy kit
An asbestos advocacy group has sued CBS Corporation because its toy kit allegedly contains tremolite asbestos.
The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, said tests showed that the kits’ fingerprint powder contained “substantial quantities of tremolite asbestos,” which it described as “one of the most lethal forms of asbestos.”
