An internationally-known expert on the risks of asbestos exposure and disease, Mr. Brophy has focused his career on championing the rights of asbestos victims. He began his Canadian advocacy career in 1979, when he joined the Ontario Public Interest Research Group to investigate the asbestos-related health risks.
