An investigation has been launched to determine what started a huge warehouse blaze which sparked exposure fears regarding asbestos-containing roof materials, according to the Evening Telegraph on June 18, 2008.

Crews from the neighborhood and surrounding areas in England converged, accompanied by a water carrier and a turntable ladder, to fight the fire.

The firefighters sought advice regarding the effects of contamination from the asbestos roof but the evacuation of houses was not considered necessary.
