SEC. 103. MEDICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

(a) In General- The Administrator may establish a Medical Advisory Committee to provide expert advice regarding medical issues arising under the statute.

(b) Qualifications- None of the members of the Medical Advisory Committee shall be individuals who, for each of the 5 years before their appointments, earned more than 25 percent of their income by serving in matters related to asbestos litigation as consultants or expert witnesses.'
