Recommendations for asbestos removal site at Hamilton Township, Mercer County, New Jersey

This decision document represents the selected removal action for the W.R. Grace/Zonolite Site, located in Hamilton Township, Mercer County, New Jersey, developed in accordance with CERCLA as amended, and not inconsistent with the NCP.

This decision is based on the Administrative Record for the Site. Conditions at the Site meet the NCP §300.415(b)(2) criteria for a removal action, and your approval is recommend.

The total project ceiling for this removal action, if approved, will be $1,924,000, of which $1,378,000 will come from the FY-2003 Advice of Allowance.
