Access to the work site
Parties filing Form ACP7 should be aware that access to the work site must be available during the dates and times indicated in Item 24 of the ACP7, namely “Start Date,” “Completion Date” and “Asbestos Work Schedule.”
This is true even if the project is completed prior to the projected completion date.
