November 13, 2007, New York, NY--The Village Voice newspaper reported on a bus accident lawsuit filed by Weitz & Luxenberg on behalf of a 79-year-old Holocaust survivor living in Brooklyn. She was killed in a crosswalk by a bus making a left turn.
