Celebrex Side Effects: Pulmonary Embolism

Celebrex: Pulmonary Embolism is the condition in which a blockage of an artery in the lungs through blood clots, breakage from plaque build-up, foreign substances or air.

Pulmonary Embolism generally originates from deep vein thrombosis and affects approximately 5 out of 10,000 people in the US every year.

Symptoms of Pulmonary Embolism 

  • Sudden shortness of breath at rest and with exertion
  • Lightheadedness
  • Chest pain(sharp stabbing pain caused by breathing in deeply or occurs under the breastbone)
  • Increased heart rate
  • Excessive sweating
  • Coughing blood
