Residents of Clearville, Pennsylvania have invited leading environmental law firm to hear residents’ concerns
The firm will host an informational meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 16, at the Pleasant Union Church Building in Clearville, Pennsylvania to listen to the concerns of the community, share information and discuss legal options.
Weitz & Luxenberg continues to be concerned by the reports it receives from residents in many states, including Pennsylvania, about air and water pollution, property damage, and the industrialization of their communities.
Julia LeMense, an environmental attorney with Weitz & Luxenberg who will be in attendance at the meeting said, “Our clients and other Clearville residents are troubled by what they are experiencing; they are justifiably concerned about the safety of their air, water and the overall health of their community.” While the meeting will have an informational component, it is intended to create a public and open forum for residents to voice their concerns.
