Weitz & Luxenberg is no longer acepting Advanced Bionics/Cochlear Implant Cases
Our Medical Device Lawyers Will Review Potential Cases Involving HiRes90k and Clarion II Cochlear Implants
If you were the recipient of faulty HiRes90K or Clarion II Advanced Bionics cochlear implants, you have a right to seek counsel with one of our lawyers. Discuss your case with a Deaf lawyer - Videophone available (VP). Read on for potential symptoms of device failure.
In its “Important Notification” Letters, Advanced Bionics has described HiRes90k and Clarion II cochlear implant failure as including the following possible symptoms:
Advanced Bionics noted that these symptoms may be related to other issues not necessarily associated with implant testing. In its September 29, 2004 “Important Notification” letter, Advanced Bionics claimed that its cochlear implant centers had “a simple and quick way” to test whether a HiRes90k or Clarion II device was fully functional. However, Advanced Bionics did not make this claim in its September 24, 2006 Important Notification letter.
If you or your child has an Advanced Bionics HiRes90k device that was implanted prior to the March 2006 (or the earlier Clarion II device), please complete the form below. A representative from our firm will contact you as soon as possible.
