Curt Marshall has 18 years of mass torts, products liability, complex and multidistrict litigation experience.  Curt has represented hundreds of individuals and businesses and has managed all phases of complex litigation, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice, court appearances and settlement negotiations.   He has second chaired several trials and handled appeals and mediations.

For the past eight years, his practice has focused on environmental and toxic torts litigation involving groundwater contamination in New York and Connecticut by a gasoline additive, MTBE, groundwater contamination by chlorinated solvents emanating from manufacturing plants in Nebraska, noxious odors and toxic emissions from a landfill affecting communities in Ohio, toxic chemical exposure of workers in coal testing laboratories in West Virginia, and now the BP/Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

At prior firms he has been national counsel in multistate products liability and complex business cases.  He was also the inventor and chief litigator of a consumer fraud/Y2K class action against a Fortune 500 company that survived Congressional legislation and settled for $110 million for the class.
