Florida Drunk Driving Laws & Issues 2003
Florida Drunk Driving laws are strict. Florida does have administrative license revocation for drunk drivers, which means the state has the ability to revoke the drivers license for a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). - Front seats for occupants of passenger cars & All seats for passengers age < 18 years - $30 Fine
- Restraint required < 6 years old - $70 Fine
- 09/05/67 Repealed effective 7-1-2000 except for riders under 21 years old and those without $10,000 medical insurance covering injuries resulting from a motorcycle crash.
