Fosamax Lawsuit Information:
Getting the facts on Fosamax

Fosamax is a bisphosphonate drug used to treat osteoporosis.

Recently a link was found between the use of Fosamax and a serious bone disease called Osteonecrosis of the Jaw (ONJ). ONJ is also known as Dead Jaw or rotting of the jaw.

This condition causes the loss or breakdown of the jaw bone.

This finding was published in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and it prompted the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the manufacturer of Fosamax to issue a warning to health care professionals on September 24, 2004.

If you were affected by Fosamax, you can file a Fosamax lawsuit with Weitz & Luxenberg, the law firm who won the second major Vioxx Verdict in the United States.

You deserve compensation for your pain and suffering. Fill out our Fosamax Questionnaire for your free Fosamax Lawsuit Case Evaluation.
