Our firm is able to help families with a child, adolescent or adult aged 25 or younger who was prescribed Seroquel and developed diabetes, pancreatitis or other serious health condition.
Seroquel is an antipsychotic medication belonging to a class of drugs referred to as “atypical antipsychotics.”
Many adolescents have been prescribed Seroquel “off-label”, meaning it has been used to treat patients (such as children) and conditions (such as ADHD, OCD,…) for which it is not approved by the FDA. This, despite the mounting questions about whether so-called atypical antipsychotics are safe for kids.
There are very serious risks associated with Seroquel include diabetes mellitus, tardive dyskinesia, pancreatitis and liver disease. There are hundreds of adolescents prescribed Seroquel whose lives were cut short or who must now live with serious, and often permanent, health complications.
If you or your child was prescribed Seroquel and experienced a serious health complication as a result, pleae complete the form below. A representative of our firm will be in touch shortly.
