Indiana Drunk Driving Laws & Issues 2003
Indiana Drunk Driving laws are strict. Indiana does have administrative license revocation for drunk drivers, which means the state has the ability to revoke the drivers license for a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). The Zero Tolerance alcohol limit for drivers under 21 is 0.02 BAC. Indiana does have graduated licensing. Indiana does qualify for the Section 410 incentive grant program.

- Restraint required < 4 years old - $25 Fine, 4 points
- 07/01/67 Repealed effective 9-1-77. Effective 6-1-85 adopted requirement for helmet use by persons under 18.
