Studies show that people who are physically active may have a lower risk of lung cancer than those who are not, even after taking cigarette smoking into account. Regular exercise, such as walking, exercise bicycling or swimming, help to maintain general strength and stamina. Experts recommend at least 30 minutes of exercise on most days.
