Delay in providing treatment alleged to be malpractice and cause of death

The Palm Beach Post has reported on a malpractice lawsuit alleging that a delay in providing treatment to a stroke victim resulted in her death.

According to the lawsuit filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court, the four-hour delay in treating the patient contributed to her death.
